Service requests
Services can be received:
• the owner or legal possessor of the land;
• the authorised person of the land owner;
• a person who has concluded a contract with the land owner or the authorised person.
The service may be requested in person at the State Environmental Service, as well as by mail or e-mail (by sending an application with a secure electronic signature).
Submission of an application for a licence for the use of subterranean depths (in accordance with 06.09.2011) Cabinet Regulation No. 696, Procedures for the Issuing of Licences for the Use of Subterranean Deters and Permits for the Examining of Mineral Minerals, as well as Procedures for the Leaning of Land for Use of Subterranean Deters, Paragraph 22 and Paragraph 23), with the documents attached thereto (original or certified copies).

The application shall specify the type of use of subterranean depths to which a licence for the use of subterranean depths is sought.
If all the information referred to in Paragraph 22 and Paragraph 23 of the BOM Regulation No 696 has not been submitted, the State Environmental Service shall request the missing information in writing within 10 working days after receipt of the submission.
The State Environmental Service shall issue a licence in the form of an electronic document in accordance with the procedures specified in regulatory enactments regulating the circulation of electronic documents.
A licence for the use of subterranean depths or the conditions specified therein may be appealed to the Environment State Bureau by submitting an application regarding the challenge to the State Environmental Service.Receipt of services
