The period during which the Authority shall provide the service: the maximum period – 1 month.
Service charges: the State fee shall be payable, in accordance with the 19.12.2006. Cabinet regulation No. 1055 „Regulations regarding State Fee for use of subterranean depths of the licence, widespread extraction of mineral resources of the deposit permission and Passports”.
Application for the service description:
1. Services can be received:
• A land owner or lawful possessor;
• Earth plenipotentiary of the owner of the person;
• A person who by the landowner or plenipotentiary who concluded the contract.
2. Onsite service may require the State Environmental Service, as well as by post or email (sending an application with secure electronic signature).
3. Submit an application for obtaining a Passport underground water deposit (in accordance with Cabinet regulation No. 696 „use of subterranean depths licences and widespread extraction of mineral resources issuance of the permit procedures” in paragraph 11) with the documents attached thereto (originals or attested copy).

Description of the receipt of services:
1. Underground water deposit Passport receive on-site or by post.
2. When you get a Passport onsite presentation of:
• Natural person – personal identification document;
the representative • legal persons – the document (token) attesting that the representative is plenipotentiary to obtain a licence on behalf of the legal person, if the person in the Commercial Register is not a legal person registered in the representation rights.
3. Warning:
• without fee, the Passport service will be refused.
