Request a service.
Waste dealer and waste management broker before the commencement of the waste trading activities of regional environmental board shall submit to the NHS, in accordance with their legal address registration application.

• the customer arrives at the regional environmental court of the State Environmental Service and submits documents
Document to be submitted: submission in conformity with Cabinet Regulation No 703 of 13 September 2011, Regulations Regarding Procedures for Issuing and Cancellation of a Waste Management Authorisation, Procedures for the Registration and Provision of Traders and Waste Management Mediators, as well as the Procedures for the Payment of State Fees and the Procedures for Payment thereof.
The service is free.Examination of application
The VVD, examine the submission and, if the application does not contain all information or application is not a signatory to the person who has the right to represent the dealer or broker, waste management within five working days after receipt of the submission shall inform the applicant thereof in writing, as well as indicate in addition to the information disclosed.
The NHS 10 working days after receipt of all the necessary information shall inform the applicant of:
- the deadline which will be a decision regarding registration or its refusal;
- the appeal procedure;
- the right to initiate the provision of services.Receiving the service.
Within one month of receipt of the application or additional information, the VVD shall register the waste trader or waste management intermediary or take a decision regarding the refusal to register the waste trader or waste management intermediary.
The decision shall be communicated to the VVD according to the choice of the request in e-mail, presence or mail.
