Licensing and registration of activities with ionising radiation sources

Process description

1. Service requests
   The service can be requested by submitting the application in person, by post or by e-mail (if the application is signed with a secure electronic signature).
   An application must be submitted with the attached documents specified in the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations of 22 December 2015 No. 752 "Procedures for Licensing and Registration of Activities with Sources of Ionizing Radiation". The Law on Radiation Safety and Nuclear Safety specifies the activities to be licensed, but Cabinet Regulations No. 752 specifies the activities to be registered. The license or registration is issued within 1 month.

2. Payment of State fee
   Before receiving the service, the state fee must be paid in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation of 22 December 2015 No. 752 "Procedures for Licensing and Registering Activities with Sources of Ionizing Radiation" Annex 4.
   
   Amount of state fee
   Registration of activities - 97 euros
   Issuance of a license - 170 euros
   Making changes to the Registration Certificate - 54 euros
   Amendments to the License - 84 euros
   In case of certain changes / amendments, the reduced state fee is 10 euros
