Fishing authorisation (licence) for fishing in international and other waters outside the Baltic Sea

Process description

1. Service requests
   Submission and to furnish any documents required.
   Required documents:
   application;
   the minutes (copy) of the industrial fishing rights lease agreements and the minutes (copy) of the annual lease agreement, for the lease vessels - an extract (copy) of the minutes of the meeting of the Fisheries Commission;
   special permit (licence) for commercial activities in fishing (copy).
   Original of the document presented by submitting an application or receipt of a licence if documents are sent by post.
   The licence shall be issued by the person referred to in receipt of a licence, after the submission of the personal identification document presented for signature in a register of fishing licences.

   • the customer arrives at the regional environmental court of the State Environmental Service and submits documents

2. Receipt of services
   The service is received in accordance with the application of choice.
   
   The service is free.
