Description of the service application
Services can be received:
• The user of subterranean depths.
Onsite service may require the State Environmental Service or by post.
Extraction of mineral resources shall submit a submission for the harmonisation of the project. The application shall be accompanied by three copies of the extraction of mineral resources of the project. Extraction of mineral resources drafted in accordance with the 21.08.2012. Cabinet regulation No. 570 „procedures for the extraction of mineral resources”.

Copy of the draft decision on harmonisation, and may receive visits or by post.
When you receive a decision in person, shall be presented:

the representative • legal persons – the document (token) attesting that the representative is plenipotentiary on the harmonisation of legal persons to obtain a decision on behalf of the Commercial Register, if a person not established in a legal person the right of representation.
